My daughter and I recently were were victims of a crime on the rear parking lot of Point Cinemas.

I wanted to let you know that today, 4/2 at around 10 pm, Elisabeth and I got held up at the rear parking lot of Point Cinema. We were coming from the
7:30 pm showing of 300 and were going back to my car when two black men in hoodies came up to us as we were about to reach the car and one had what
seemed like a gun stuck in his hoodie's pocket and pointed at me. He wanted us to get into the car and them in the back seat. I screamed for help and did
not get into the car, because I knew this would be risky for E. There was no one else around, as far as I could see.
The one with the gun yanked my handbag and after a bit of struggle I let go. I still had the keys in my hand. They ran with the bag and my purse, but I
still have my and E's health plus the car.

Newest development: my purse was found, minus the bills, but the credit and bank cards were still there together with other cards and papers. They were found in one of the parking areas of the apartment complex just across the Beltline on the east side of Highpoint Rd, in other words just a few steps from Point Cinema.
